What You’ll Need:

1 cup almonds, ground?

1 cup dates?

2 drops Lemon oil??

Sprinkle of sea salt??

2 tbsp of our instant matcha latte with probiotics (save 1 tbsp for rolling!)?

1 tbsp collagen (optional)?

1-2 tbsp water?

1 tbps of our instant matcha latte with probiotics
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut?

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Chill Time: 1 hour
Preparation:

Add the almonds, dates, matcha powder, collagen, lemon oil and sea salt to a food processor. Mix for 30 seconds and then drizzle in the water a tablespoon at a time.??

Pulse for an extra 30 seconds until the mixture becomes a dough like consistency.??

Combine the matcha powder and coconut flakes in a small bowl.??

Roll into bite sized balls and then roll in coconut/matcha coating mixture
- Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour
