Lemon Matcha Energy Balls

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup almonds, ground?
  • 1 cup dates?
  • 2 drops Lemon oil??
  • Sprinkle of sea salt??
  • 2 tbsp of our instant matcha latte with probiotics (save 1 tbsp for rolling!)?
  • 1 tbsp collagen (optional)?
  • 1-2 tbsp water?
  • 1 tbps of our instant matcha latte with probiotics
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut?
    ??


            Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free 

            • Prep Time: 15 minutes
            • Chill Time: 1 hour

              Preparation:

              1. Add the almonds, dates, matcha powder, collagen, lemon oil and sea salt to a food processor. Mix for 30 seconds and then drizzle in the water a tablespoon at a time.??
              2. Pulse for an extra 30 seconds until the mixture becomes a dough like consistency.??
              3. Combine the matcha powder and coconut flakes in a small bowl.??
              4. Roll into bite sized balls and then roll in coconut/matcha coating mixture 
              5. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour
